BURSARIES AVAILABLE FROM ONTARIO COMMAND

The 2025/26 Bursary Program opens in September when Students are physically on Campus. The deadline to apply is the last Friday of March 2026. *** NOW OPEN ***

The Bursary Program is funded through the Ontario Command Branches and Ladies’ Auxiliaries Charitable Foundation. Ontario Command branches, and our Auxiliaries, raise funds for the Bursary Program through Poppy Tagging, and other activities such as Bingo, Break Open Tickets, Banquets and Clubhouse Operations.

If you are currently attending high school, you cannot apply until you are physically on campus in the fall. Follow the link below for eligibility and current application process

BURSARIES AVAILABLE FROM ST. MARYS BRANCH 236

Graduating high school students OR current post secondary students may qualify to receive a bursary toward their post-secondary education from the Perth Regiment Royal Canadian Legion Branch 236. Eligibility for the bursaries:

  • Canadian and Commonwealth War veterans and their children and grandchildren
  • Ordinary members (veterans) of the Royal Canadian Legion and their children and grandchildren
  • Students must reside within the St. Marys / Perth county Legion Poppy Boundary
